He tweeted a link to a video and said, “When I first heard the narration, it impacted me emotionally more than anything. Making a biography is difficult in and of itself, but coming up with one that centers on the FATHER OF INDIAN CINEMA is much more difficult. Our boys are prepared and enthusiastic. We are proud to present MADE IN INDIA.

Nitin Kakkar, a filmmaker who has won a National Award, will direct Made In India. Varun Gupta and SS Karthikeya will support and present the movie, respectively. There will be Marathi, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions of the movie.

Rajamouli is reportedly eager to recount the tale of “the birth and rise of Indian cinema.” According to a source close to the crew, the movie will be a “magnum opus on a huge scale and canvas.”

The 95th Academy Awards were held in Los Angeles, where SS Rajamouli’s RRR won an Oscar in the Best Original Song category for Naatu Naatu. Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn had brief cameo cameos in the movie, which also featured Jr. NTR and Ram Charan in key roles. The movie ended up being a massive box office success, grossing more than Rs 1000 crores worldwide.
